4 NECNP MOTION TO FILE MEMO c

IN EXCESS OF 10 PAGES The New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution requests leave to file a memorandum in excess of the ten page limit established by the Commission for responses on the seismic issue. It was not possible to adequately discuss the issue in ten pageg, particularly in light of the availability of new information from Dr. Chinnery and the need to summarize the history of the case. NECNP's memorandum is 12 1/4 pages which does not seem excessive given the complexity of the matter under consideration.

Respecfully submitted, A Na /
