In support of License Change Application (LCA) 56 dated December 24, 1979, attached is a check for $4000 in accordance with 10 CFR 170. We had evaluated this LCA as a Class III amendment but had omitted the fee in our original submittal. Please note that the " Basis for Determination of Amendment Class" section of the LCA provides the basis for the class evaluation.
