Palter Butler's letter of September 18, 1975, delirieating the staff's position with regard to scheduling resumption of the public hearing for thy Shearon Harris Nuclear Power. Plant. Carolina Power & Light Company hereby provides the NRC staff with the requested information necessary to schedule its preview and to project a date for resumption of the public hearing.
The information to confirm the ability of. the ECCS for the Iiarris units to meet the Final Acceptance Criteria will be . ubmitted in spring, 1976.
The Fuel Handling Building will be redesigned to accommodate the tornado pressure drop xate 'contained in Regulatory Guide 1:76'and the tornado missiles specified in Standard Review Plan 3.5;1.4.
As agreed to with members of the stdff, the need for power and financial information will be provided in a timely manner to permit the staff ample time to xeview the submitted information before the xesumption of the public hearing. The dates for these submittals will be determined after the resumption of the public hearing has been formally scheduled.
