In that submittal, PG&E included the proposed HBPP, Unit 3, License Termination Plan for NRC review and approval.

PG&E is submitting the following enclosed technical documents to aid in the review of the License Termination Plan: Enclosure 1, "HBPP Historical Site Assessment, 2011 Update," dated July 2011 Enclosure 2, "Instrument Efficiency Determination for Use in Minimum Detectable Concentration Calculations in Support of the Final Status Survey at HBPP," dated June 13, 2012 Enclosure 3, "Gross Activity DCGL in Support of the Final Status Survey at HBPP," dated July 11, 2012 Enclosure 4, "Radionuclide Selection for DCGL Development," dated May 16, 2012 Enclosure 5, "In Situ Object Counting System (ISOCS) as Applied to Scan Requirements in Support of Final Status Survey at HBPP," dated September 26, 2012 PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.If you wish to discuss the information in the enclosure, please contact Mr. William Barley at (707) 444-0856.I state under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.Executed on May 3, 2013.Si nce rely, Edward D.
