General Comment The re-licensing of the Hanford nuclear reactor until 2043, is poorly reasoned and researched. Your environmental impact statement is a whitewash. It doesn't take into account that Hanford sits on an active fault, that it already leaks into an area draining into the Columbia River basin, that you've no plan for cleaning up those degraded and leaking tanks, much less a better plan for storing the additional waste you intend to transport here over our roads. The citizens of Oregon and Washington are opposed to this; it is a strong-arm job of doing whatever you want with no democratic involvement whatever.
