Unit 2 - Regulatory Framework for the Completion of Construction and Licensing Activities for Unit 2" (ADAMS Accession No ML ML080320443)

Item 115 of Enclosure 2 of Reference 1 contained the following commitment: "Implement Maintenance Rule for Unit 2 systems 1 month prior to fuel load."

This letter revises this commitment to read "Implement Maintenance Rule for Unit 2 systems by October 31,2011."
