In Reference (a), Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC submitted a license amendment request to revise Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.0.5.
Based on a subsequent Nuclear Regulatory Commission interpretation in regards to LCO 3.0.5 (Reference b), there is no longer a need for pursuing the submitted license amendment request. As such, Calvert Cliffs requests no further action be taken in regards to Reference (a).
