Five copies of draft Supplement 38 to NUREG-1437, ?Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants (GEIS),@ regarding the license renewal of Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 2 and 3.

Five copies of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission=s distribution list for draft Supplement 38 to NUREG-1437.
Simultaneously with this filing, a copy of draft Supplement 38 is being mailed to interested Federal and State agencies, industry organizations, interest groups, and members of the public.
A copy of this document has also been placed in the NRC=s Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is located on the NRC=s Web site at http://adamswebsearch.nrc.gov/dologin.htm. The Accession Numbers for the draft Supplement 38 to the GEIS are ML083540594 (Volume 1, main report) and ML083540614 (Volume 2, appendices).
