By Reference 1, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff approved the request of Reference 2 to issue an order amending the licenses of subject reactors affecting the ownership interest of the City of Anaheim, California. Part III of the order directs Southern California Edison (SCE) to inform the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, in writing, of the receipt of all required regulatory approvals of the transfer of Anaheim's ownership interest within 5 business days.
