Re: North Anna Early Site Permit (ESP) Review Leta:

Dominion provided 1996-1998 meteorological data to support offsite DBA (PAVAN) and routine release (XOQDOQ) dispersion estimates. Although there was year-to-year variability in stability class A frequency (7.5 % for 1996, 11.6% for 1997, and 5.1% for 1998), I felt the day-time and night-time patterns were reasonable and the year-to-year variability of stable conditions were consistent enough that I had no issues with the data.

Brad:

I should have checked in with you much earlier on this. Please remind me again of which meteorological data., if any, that Dominion provided for the North Anna ESP review and your thoughts on the quality of the data. I'm especially interested in delta-T measurements, but obviously would like to also be aware of anything else that may have drawn you attention.

Thanks.
