NOTICE OF VIOLATION _

Docket No. 50-282 Northern States Power Company Docket No. 50-306 14, 1987 As a result of the inspection conducted on October 4 through f t November and in accordance with the " General Policy and Procedures for NRC Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (1987), the following violations we identified: Technical Specification 3.7.A.1 requires that the reactor shall n maintained critical or above 200from the grid to the plant 4KV sa 1
