We have reviewed your reply and t find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation.

~ We noted in your response to the Notice of-Violation that one of-your intended corrective' actions was to be implemented by February 28, 1990.- However, pursuantLto the discussion between Mr. H. McQuirter and Dr. D.: Powers of this . office _on March 1, 1990, we now understand that the implementation of this

particular corrective' action will be delayed 1 to 2 weeks. This' additional time is apparently required because of the need to obtain concurrence--from'all managers.who will have active' roles'in the corrective action.

We. find this delay acceptable and will review.the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection.
