Areas inspected:

Included review of a security incident (Braidwood Security Event Report 86-12-1 dated December 5, 1986) involving a potential significant weakness in the licensee's search program. We reviewed the licensee's corrective actions both initiated and planned.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined. The weakness was determined to be specific and randcm and not programmatic in nature.
