The inspection specifically addressed the following areas of the security program: Management Effectiveness; Security Program Audit; Records and Reports; Testing and Maintenance; Locks, Keys, and Combinations; Physical Barriers - Protected Area; Physical Barriers - Vital Areas; Security System Power Supply; Lighting; Compensatory Measures; Assessment Aids; Access Control - Personnel; Access Control - Packages; Access Control - Vehicles; Detection Aids - Protected Area; Detection Aids - Vital Areas; Alarm Stations; Communications; Personnel Training and Qualifications - General Requirements; and Safeguards Contingency Plan Implementation Review.

Results: Seven of the 20 functional areas listed above were found to be
adequately implemented; the remaining 13 areas required additional inspection effort. Significant concerns were noted in the following areas:
security computer system / security alarm response; lighting /CCTV surveillance capabilities during night hours, vital area barriers, and the emergency power supply for the security system.
