Areas Inspected:
Included a review of the audit findings which were generated during the licensee's " Safeguards System Assistance Visit" conducted by the CECO Nuclear Security Administrators and their assistants during the week of August 18-22, 1986.
Results: Region 311's review of the audit report and interviews with security management personnel showed that the licensee had identified significant concerns in the area of security system reliability and guard force performance.
The inspection also showed that the licensee had initiated corrective action to resolve these concerns.
