Division of Radiation Safety and Safeguards SUMMARY Scope:

This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in the areas of the Physical Security Program for Power Reactors; Protected and Vital Area Barriers;

. Assessment Aids; Access Control of Personnel, Packages, and Vehicles; Detection Aids - Protected and Vital Areas; Alarm Stations; and Training and Qualifica-tion Plan.

Results:

In the areas inspected, one non-cited violation was confirmed (Inattentive guard). The licensee was in compliance with their commitments in those areas reviewed by the inspector.

Inspector Followup Item No. 88-21-01, Violation No. 88-37-01, Violation No. 89-02-01 were " closed" (See paragraph No. 9). as were Safeguards Events Reports No.88-510 and No.88-501.
