Thank you for infoming us of your corrective and preventive actions. Those actions will be examined during future NRC inspections.

Review of Violation A.2 has confimed its validity.

It stands as written.

We understand, based on May 19, 1982 discussions between Mr. G. Rhoads of our office and Mr. H. Keiser of your staff, that a quorum of your PORC will meet and review procedures before they are submitted for approval by the Superin-tendent of Plant.

If our understanding is incorrect, please notify us in writing within seven days.
