Areas Inspected:
Records and Reports; Testing and Maintenance; Locks, Keys, and Combinations; Physical Barriers - Vital Areas; Security Power Supply; Assessment Aids; Detection Aids - Protected Area; Detection Aids - Vital Area; Alarm Stations; and Communications.
The inspection involved 31 inspector-hours onsite by a Region I inspector.
The inspection began during regular working hours and 5

inspection hours were accomplished during offshift periods.
Results:
Violations were not appropriate as the Physical Security Plan for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station dated March 14, 1978, Changes A through K dated May 4, 1982, had not been approved.
Several weaknesses were noted and presented to the licensee.
