This refers to the enforcement conference held with Mr. M. Wharton and other members of your staff at the NRC Region V Offices on June 26, 1986. The conference was related to activities conducted under the NRC license listed above. Subjects discussed during that meeting and subsequently are described in the report which is enclosed for your information.
