Mr. Martin made opening remarks-and discussed the~ purpose of the conferenc Mr. Huey then. discussed the' findings of the special inspection, involving the : loss of power'and water hammer event which occurred at San Onofre 1 on November. 21,:1985. Specific, concerns.were discussed, as identified in NRC Inspection Report 50-206/86-07. Three' apparent violations of NRC
