Your request that this violation be withdrawn has been considered and is denied. -The observed housekeeping conditions were unsatisfactory and were not in compliance with the letter or the. intent of your approved housekeeping program. While we recognize the maintenance activities in progress at the time, the conditions observed over a period of more than a week involved, waste survey and removal not keeping up with generation. This and other .
recent observations indicate a need for additional managemet attention to plant housekeeping standards'.
