Results Of the two areas inspected, no items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

These procedures were reviewed to ensure that: FSAR test objectives were included in the procedure; acceptance criteria was clearly identified; technical references, test prerequisites and initial conditions were included; verification signature space was provided for all items performed; provisions were made for recording test discrepancies and their resolutions in a test summary; and temporary connections and disconnections were restored to normal or properly controlled.
Within the scope of the above areas, no noncompliances or deviations were identified.
6.
Containment Tour The inspector toured various areas and levels of Unit 2 containment and observed practices and procedures for installation of control rod shafts.
The inspector interviewed QC personnel concerning machine marks, burrs and criteria for control rod shaft acceptance. Health Physics practices appeared adequate within the reactor cavity work area. A tour of containment levels 216, 241, 262, and 291 showed no housekeeping problems or other obvious discrepancies and in general housekeeping was good. No discrepancies were noted by the inspector.
