- office on February 2-6, 1987, at-the James A Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant, Scriba, New York, of activities authorized by NRC License No. OPR-59 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Chaudhary with you at the conclusion of the-inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Although within the scope of this inspection no violations were. observed, the apparent lack of familiarity of technicians and QC personnel with procedural requirements is of concern to tiie NRC and warrants further management attention.
