This refers to your letter dated March 6,1982, in response to our letter dated February 4, 1982.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. Those actions which you have completed will be examined during future inspections of your licensed program. Also, you have indicated that your Perfonnance Improvement Plan required by NRC Order on January 18, 1982 will be sufficiently comprehensive to address problems identified in these reports con-cerning the effectiveness of management controls in the areas of maintenance and security. Your response to the Order will be the subject of separate NRC correspondence wherein we will establish our review and followup program to assess your overall corrective action program.
In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 of the NRC's regulations, documentation of findings of your facility security measures for physical protection are deemed to be Safeguards Information. Each person who produces, receives or acquires Safeguards Information is required to ensure that it is protected against un-authorized disclosure. Therefore, your enclosure B to your letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will be distributed pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21(c).
