The inspection involved 92 inspector-hours onsite by two regional based NRC inspectors.
The inspection began during regular hours; 24 inspector-hours were accomplished during offshift periods.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the twenty areas examined during the inspection except for the following three items:
1.
Access Control - Failure to enforce identification badge procedures.
2.
Assessment Aids - Inadequate CCTV coverage of th! perimeter and isolation zones.
3.
Records and Reports - Failure to complete alarm response records.
