effective to remedy fire patrol noncompliances. Based on events of OctoDer 16,1980 (Inspection Report 50-293/80-29), March 29-30,1981 (Inspection Report 50-293/81-07), and July 31 and August 12, 1981 (cited in the subject report), we consider our conclusion to be substantiated.
