Inspection 50-293/79-15 This refers tu the special inspection conducted by Mr. R. Ladun of this office on July 12-13, 1979, at the Pilgrim fluclear Power Station of activities authorized by NRC License flo. DPR-35 and to the discussion of our findings held by members of my staff with Messrs. J. ficEachern and H. Foster at the conclusion of the inspection, and to a subsequent telephone discussion on October 26, 1979, between Mr. J. Allan and Mr. P. J. f1cGuire.
The enforcement correspondence pertaining to this inspection has been provided separately to you from NRC Headquarters by the Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the f1RC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of your control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and your facility security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore,
