NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-261/94-17

Dear Mr. Hinnant:

This will acknowledge receipt of your response of September 14, 1994, to our Notice of Violation issued on August 15, 1994, concerning activities conducted at your Robinson facility.

We have examined your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. In your response, you denied Violation A and admitted Violations B and C.

With respect to Violation A, we understand the explanation included in your response letter and concur that a violation of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, did not occur. Accordingly, we will adjust our records to reflect that no violation of regulatory requirements occurred with respect to Item A.

We will examine the implementation of your action to correct Violations B and

.C during future inspections.
