NRC INSPECTION REPORT N0. 50-261/86-21 Thank you for your response of October 17, 1986, to our Notice of Violation issued on September 17, 1986, concerning activities conducted at your H. B. Robinson facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during futura inspections.
Based on a telephone conversation between Blaine C. Rieck of your staff and Anne E. Tabaka of the NRC Region II office, on October 27, 1986, it is our understanding that the date for full compliance was changed from March 31, 1987, to December 31, 1986.
If your understanding of the commitment differs from the above, please contact this office promptly.
