- Attended exit interview 2. Exit Interview The inspection scope and findings were summarized on February 3, 1986, with those persons indicated in paragraph 1 above. Loss of Offsite Power Test Witnessing (70316)
The inspector witnessed Operations Surveillance Testing (OST)
on February 1-2, 1986. The testing consisted of the following:

OST-162, Emergency Diesel Generator Auto Start on Loss of Power and Safety Injection - Emergency Diesel Trips Defea OST-163, Safety Injection Tes Because these two tests have common prerequisites, they were performed in series beginning with the safety injection tes To ensure the adequacy of the testing, the following items were reviewed and observed:

Satisfactory completion of the procedures would fulfill the require ments of Technical Specifications 3.1.1.3.c.2, 4.5.1.1, 4.5.1.2, 4.6.1.2, 4.6.4, 4.15.2.b, Table 3.5-3 Item N.a, Table 4.1-1 Item No. 32.a, Table 4.1-3 Item 5, and Table 4.8-1 Item b. Testing was conducted in accordance with approved procedure c.
