Licensee Action on Previous Enforcement Matters (Closed) Unresolved Item 261/84-36-03:

Licensee Program to Control all Vendor Manuals (Safety-Related Equipment)

Used on Site Not Fully Develope The inspector reviewed plant procedures RMP-007, Control of Technical Manuals, Revision 4 and AP-008, Review and Acceptance of Technical Manuals, Revision 0 and determined that the licensee had developed a program for the evaluation of all technical manuals and information affecting safety related equipment currently used on sit Based on a review of the above mentioned controlling plant procedures and discussions with licensee personnel, the program appears adequat (Closed) Unresolved Item 261/84-36-04:

Licensee Program to Control the Receipt, Storage, and Handling of Safety-Related Equipment is Not Fully Develope The inspector reviewed the corrective action and closeout inspection report for NCR-84/206 as well as the results of QA surveillance, QASR No.85-101 and determined that the licensee's programatic controls within the area of receipt, storage, and handling of safety-related equipment appear adequat.
