Inspection Summary l

Included review of licensee action on previous inspection findings, security plan review, security program audit, security organization,

physical barriers (protected and vital areas), access control (protected and vital areas), lighting, detection aids, alarm stations, assessment aids, communications, locks / keys, power supply, compensatory measures, response, testing / maintenance and records / reports.

The inspection involved 98 inspector hours on site by two NRC inspectors.

20 inspection hours were accomplished during offshift periods.

The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined during the inspection except for the following 5 items:
