In telephone conversations on April 3 and April 6, 1981, Floyd Cantrell of your staff requested additional information concerning corrective actions taken to prevent further violations as addressed in our March 16, 1981, response to Appendix B Notice of Deviation transmitted by R.-C.Lewis'etter dated February 19, 1981, to H.G.Parris (Browns Ferry Report Nos.50-259/80-43,-260/80-40,-296/80-39).
