Meeting with Licensee A meeting with the licensee was held at the Athens City Hall, Athens, Alabama, on January 21, 1980. This meeting was held as required by'the L

order' issued on January 4, 1980.

The licensee responded in a letter dated January 10, 1980 to the items of noncompliance listed in'the. Notice of Violation and to the modifications to

.thezBrowns Ferry Nuclear-Plant Unit Nos. 1, 2 and 3 licenses, which were appended to the V. Stello, Jr.

letter to the licensee dated January 4, 1980. Discussion of the corrective actions taken and clarification of i

these-actions were pursued. With regard to the. order, the licensee stated that they had:
