Subject: Report Nos. 50-259/86-36, 50-260/84-30. and 50-296/8$-30 This refers to your letters of March 19 and March 27, 1981, irforming us of steps you have taken to cerract the significant health nhysics appraisal findings and violations concerning activities under NRC Operating License Nos. OPR-33, DPR-52 and OPR-68 brought to your attention in our letter of February 25, 1981.
Your response to Violations B and F.b denied these items and did not include steps planned or taken to correct them. As explained by Mr. P. A. Taylor of this office:, during a telephone conversation with Mr. R. E. Rogers of your staf f on April 17, 1981, the information provided in your response does not change our findings that Violations B and F.b or. curred as stated.
During subsequent telepnone conversations between Mr. Rogers and members of my staff on April 27 and June 10, 1981, Rogers described iteps that had been taken to correct these violations and stated that a supplemental written response would.be submitted *to this office providing the information required by 10CFR2.201.
Accordingly, please submit this supplemental response within ten days of your receiot of this letter.
