/Date Inspection Summary Areas Inspected:

Included review of security plan; security organization; security program audit; records and reports; testing and naintenance; locks and key control; physical barriers (protected and vital areas); power supply; lighting; assessment aids; access controls (search, escort, vital areas);

detection aids; communications.

The inspection involved 80 inspector hours on site by two NRC inspectors. Twenty inspcction hours were accomplished during offshift periods.

Results: Of the 16 areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were identified in 12 areas; four items of noncompliance were identified in the other four areas.

Physical Barriers - Vital area barrier incomplete (259/80-22-01).

Key and Lock Control - Inadequate installation of lock (296/80-17-01).

3.

Assessment Aids - CCTV surveillance capability not redundant (259/80-22-02).

4.

Access Control - Vehicle escort not equipped with portable radio (259/80-22-03).
