Fire Protection Modifications Amendment No. 44 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 consists of changes to the Appendix A Technical Specifications for fire protection systems. The amendment, in part, requires certain fire protection modifications be completed by the end of the Core 8 refueling (Spring 1980).
The inspector reviewed completed work packages and verified that most of the modifications have been completed, including acceptance by the SCE QA department. One of the committments in the SER (to amendment 44)

4. Exit Interview The inspector met with the licensee representatives denoted in paragraph 1 on August 8, 1980 to discuss the findings of this inspection. The inspector noted that the completion of the fire protection modifications will be followed during a later inspection (see paragraph 3).
