Haddam Neck Plant Operating License Status Change Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.74, the purpose of this letter is for Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) to notify the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of a change of status of the Senior Operator License of Mr. William Herwig (SOP-11337). Mr. Herwig's license has been discontinued due to his transfer to Millstone Unit No. 3 on December 17,1996.
