(CYAPCO) proposed to amend the Facility Operating License of the Haddam Neck Plant that would allow tubes with primary water stress corrosion cracking (PWSCC) to remain in service. The basis of this approach is provided in two reports.from the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).
