Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Update Report - Penetration AE154C Opened to Full Cables Through It LER 82-172/99 X-2 AECM-83/0394 This letter submits an update to previous reports submitted on January 13, 1983, and March 15, 1983. The event for which the reports were submitted occurred on December 10, 1982, when penetration AE154C in the Auxiliary Building was opened in order to pull cable through it. A Special Report was submitted pursuant to Technical Specification 3.7.7.a.

Work to reseal the penetration assembly is currently in progress. The revised estimated completion dcte for the work task is September 10, 1983.

Attached is LER 82-172/99 X-2, which is a final report.
