- Southern. California *Edison (SCE) has made changes to the Physical Securi ty Plan (PSP), for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) that SCE has*

determined do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this plan.

On April 23, 2018, the NRC approved ah ISFSI-Only Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan and Safeguards Conttrigency Plan (Security Plan) that had been submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90. On August 10, 2020, SCE implemented
