CALLAWAY PLANT l ANNUAL PERSONNEL EXPOSURE AND MONITORING REPORT - 1996 AND l ANNUAL REPORT OF INDIVIDUAL MONITORING RESULTS Included herewith is the Personnel Exposure and Monitoring Report for 1996 submitted pursuant to Sections 6.9.1.4 and 6.9.1.5 of the callaway Plant Technical Specifications. This report is required to include the results cf specific activity analysis of the reactor l coolant system in which the limits of Specification 3.4.8 were exceeded. There have been no such incidents in this report period.

1 Also included herewith is the 1996 Annual Report of I' the Individual Monitoring Results by licensee NPF-30 for each individual for whom monitoring was required by 10C FR20.1502, and for individuals for whom monitoring was provided but not required during 1996. This' report is submitted in accordance with 10CFR20.2206 and is provided in an electronic format on a 3 1/2' double sided, high density PC diskette in accordance with the guidance of USNRC Regulatory Guide 8.7, " Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Exposure Data." Also attached is a list of thirteen personnel included in the electronic report who did not have a U. S. Social Security Number (SSN). Eleven of the workers are identified by passport number (PPN) and two are identified by Canadian Social Insurance Number (CSI). The PPN's and CSI's were modified per the attachment to accommodate the nine-digit Social Security Number field.
