! dated September 1982, which is filed herewith and made a part hereof; (b) making the deletions, substitutions and additions to Volumes 1 & 2 of the Design Assessment Report shown on the document entitled " LIMERICK GENERATING STATION UNITS 1 & 2, DESIGN ASSESSMENT REPORT, REVISION 1 PAGE CHANGES" dated September 1982, which is filed herewith and made a part thereof; ,

and (c) making the deletions, substitutions and additions to Volume 3 of the Design Assessment Report shown on the document entitled " LIMERICK GENERATING STATION UNITS 1 & 2, DESIGN ASSESSMENT REPORT, REVISION 1 PAGE CHANGES" da ted September 1982, which is filed herewith and made a part hereof.

For the reasons sta ted in Amendment No. 35 to its Application and Exhibit A thereto, which are incorporated herein by reference, it is hereby requested that Revision 1 to Volume 3 of the Design Assessment Report filed herewith be withheld from public disclosure as confidential and proprietary information containing trade secrets.
