By l0tter dated June 7,1999. PECO Energy Company submitted Technical Specifications (TS)

Change Request No. 98-09-0, " Reactor Coolant System Leakage, Leakage Detection Systems,"

to clarify the action statement conceming inoperative reactor coolant leakage detection systems.

PECO Energy is supplementing TS Change Request 98-09-0 by modifying the appearance of Technical Specification page 3/4 4-8 for Limerick Generating Station (LGS) Units 1 and 2. During a review of the submitted information a typographical error was identified in section 3.4.3.1 on

- page 3/4 4-8 of the TS, Specifically, Action C referenced SR 4.4.3.1.c instead of SR 4.4.3.1.a.

This supplement does not change the information supporting the finding of No Significant Hazards Consideration and information supporting the need not to perform an Environmental Assessment contained in the referenced letter. The attachment to this letter contains the camera-ready page 3/4 4-8 for LGS Units 1 and 2, in support of this request. This information is being submitted under affirmation, and the required affidavit is enclosed.
