-PHILADELPHIA ELECTRIC COMPANY Philadelphia Electric Company hereby amends'its Application in the above -
entitled proceedings by making the deletions, substitutions, additions, and changes to (1) the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) shown on the document entitled "LIEMRICK GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 and 2 FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT, REVISION 58 PAGE CHANGES" dated June 1989 (2) the Fire Protection Evaluation Report (FPER) shown
- on the document entitled." LIMERICK GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 and 2 FIRE PROTECTION EVALUATION REPORT, REVISION 12 PAGE CHANGES" dated June 1989, and-(3) the Limerick Generating Station Emergency Plan as submitted by letter dated May 19, 1989, which is filed herewith and made a part-hereof.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71 and a December 8, 1987 letter from W. R. Butler, Director, Project Directorate I-2, the revisions to the FSAR and FPER further update these documents to accurately reflect Unit 1 modifications-to the facility. Moreover, in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5), the revision to the Emergency Plan further update this document to reflect the incorporation of Unit 2 into the Protected Area Boundary. The changes have been determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
