1 PECO Energy Company is submitting Teu.11 cal Specification (TS) Change Request No. 96-15-2, in accordance with 10CFR50.90, requesting an amendment to the TS (Appendix A) of Operating License No, NPF-85 for Limerick Generating Station (LGS), Unit 2. This proposed change will j
revise TS Section 3/4.4.6 (i.e., Figure 3.4.6.1 1) to reflect the addition of two hydrotest curves,

effective for 6.5 and 8.5 Effective Full Power Years (EFPY), to the existing Pressure-Temperatura Operating Limit (PTOL) curves for LGS Unit 2. Information supporting this Change Request is e
contained in Attachment 1 to this letter, and the proposed change to the LGS Unit 2 TS is contained in Attachment 2. This information is being submitted under affirmation, and the I

required affidavit is enclosed.
We request that, if approved, the amendment to the LGS Unit 2 TS be issued by January 24, 1997, and become effec 0/e within 30 days of issuance.
