AMENDMENT NO. 91 LICENSE APPLICATION OF ,

PHILADELPHIA ELECTRIC COMPANY Philadelphia Electric Company hereby amends its Application in the above-entitled proceedings by making the deletions, substitutions, additions and changes to the Final Safety Analysis Report shown on the document entitled "LIMERICK GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 FINAL SAFEIT ANALYSIS REPORT, REVISION 53 PAGE CHANGES" dated July,1988, which is filed herewith and made a part hereof.

Additionally, the Revisions to the Final Safety Analysis Report, in accordance with Section 50.71 of the Commission's regulations and a December 8, 1987 lettler from W. R. Butler, Director, Project Directorate I-2, further update the FSAR to reflect information and analyses submitted to the Commission or prepared pursuant to Commission requirement since the issuance

1 of Facility Operating License NFP-39. The Revision brings the Report up-to-date by describing changes to the onsite and corporate organization, changes in the training program and changes in the qualifications of key personnel, as of June 1, 1988.
