-In the Matter of  : Docket Nos. 50-352 PHILADELPHIA ELECTRIC COMPANY  : 50-353 AMENDMENT NO -72 TO LICENSE APPLICATION OF PHILADELPHIA ELECTRIC COMPANY Philadelphia Electric Company hereby amends its Application in the above entitled proceedings by deleting pages 10-1 through 10-9 from the Physical Security Plan for Limerick Generating Station ("the Plan") and substituting therefor revised pages 10-1 through 10-9 dated Getober, 1984.

' Pursuant to Sections 2.790 and 73.21 of the Commission's regulations, it is hereby requested that the revised pages of the Plan filed herewith be withheld from public disclosure. In support of this request for withholding from public disclos.are, Applicant states that the Revisions to the Plan which are sought to be withheld from public disclosure contain details relating to the physical security plans for Limerick Generatin e Station.' The infomation set forth in the Revisions to the Plan has been treated as confidential and proprietary information and has been withheld from public disclosure by Applicant in accordance with Applicant's practice of treating

e all information dealing with the details of security _ plans and procedures and.

' - information which could be used to compromise the security and safety of its facilities as confidential and proprietary information.

Ihe Revisions to the Plan should be considered by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as confidential and proprietary infonnation and be wihheld from public disclosure on the grounds that they contain Safeguards Information, they contain details relating to the physical security plans and procedures of a licensed facility, they contain detailed information which could be used to compromise the safety and security of the facility, such disclosure is not required in the public interest, and such disclosure would adversely affect the interests of Applicant.
