In the Matter of  : Docket Nos.'50-352 50-353 PHILADELPHIA ELECTRIC COMPANY  :

AMENDMENT NO. 94 TO LICENSE APPLICATION OF PHILADELPHIA ELECTRIC COMPANY Philadelphia Electric Company hereby amends its Application in the above-entitled proceedings by making the deletions, substitutions, additions, and changes to (1) the Final Safety Analysis Report shown on the document entitled " LIMERICK GENERATION STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT, REVISION'57 PAGE CHANGES" dated February 1989, (2) the Fire Protection Evaluation Report shown on the document entitled " LIMERICK GENERATION STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 FIRE PROTECTION EVALUATION REPORT, REVISION 11 PAGE CHANGES" dated February 1989 and (3) the Design Assessment Report shown on the document entitled, " LIMERICK GENERATION STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 DESIGN ASSESSMENT REPORT, REVISION 11 PAGE CHANGES"' dated February 1989, which is filed herewith and made a part hereof.

Additionally, the Revisions to the Final Safety Analysis Report, in accordance with Section 50.71 of the Commission's regulations and a December 8, 1987 letter from W.R. Butler, Director, Project Directorate I-2, further update the FSAR as of January 3, 1989 and the FPER as of December 16, 1988 to reflect information and analyses submitted to the Commission or prepared pursuant to Commission requirement since the issuance of Facility Operating License NPF-39.
