Enclosed for filing with the Commission is Amendment No. 39 to the License Application of Philadelphia Electric Company in the abcve captioned matter. This Amendment makes changes to the Final Safety Analysis Report in response to the NRC Staff's letters dated Fby 20, 1982, June 4, 1982, and July 7, 9, and 13, 1982. The Amendment also makes changes to the Design Assessment Report in response to the NRC Staff's letter of July 15, 1982, in addition to making various minor corrections in these documents.

  • @@ This filing consists of three originals and 19 copies of 25 Amendment No. 39 to the License Application, sixty copies of gg Revision 10 to the Final Safety Analysis Report, forty copies gg of Revision 1 to the Design Assessment Report (Volumes 1 & 2) y and five copies of Revision 1 to Volume 3 of the DAR.

Accordingly, it is being requested that the Revision to Volume 3 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.

There are also transmitted herewith 41 copies of Revision 6 to the Limerick Generating Station Environmental Report -

Operating License Stage which responds to the NRC Staff's letter e
